Responses should be a minimum of 3-4 sentences in length (a short paragraph). Each post will be graded on content, relevance, and engagement with the course material.

In the first reading for module #3, Feltmate argues humour is derived from three elements: tension relief (ie. comedy reduces tension between groups), superiority (ie. ‘my group’ is better than ‘your group’), and incongruity (ie. a particular religious identity is incompatible with ‘my identity’).
