Identify the point addressed by the counterargument.

This is a response assignment to a letter that is in the link below. The instructions from the instructor are below:

In this letter Dr. King is responding to a some of the criticisms directed toward the protests he led in Birmingham, Alabama. Because Dr. King was a skilled rhetorician and responding to specific criticisms, this letter contains several examples if well-executed counterarguments. In your response, identify TWO of these counterarguments.
For each counterargument:
1. Identify the point addressed by the counterargument.
2. Identify the stategy used to make the counterargument.
3. Summarize the the claim made in the counterargument.
4. State which position you agree with and why.
While I would like you to address each of these points in your responses, the content of your posts should still be presented in paragraphs.
The tactics used to make counteraguments are:
Refutation – Show why the original point is wrong. This could be due to the use of erroneous evidence or faulty reasoning.
Assimilation – Show that the two positions being argued are actually the same. The apparent disagreement may be due to different perspectives or the use of poorly defined terms.
Concede and Pivot – Acknowledge that the original argument is correct, but show that the position taken in the counteragument is more important. This may be due to relevance, urgency, or scope, among other considerations.
