2.Rate yourself on the Authentic Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire on pp. 218-219 in your textbook. Report your score for each of the four components. Which are your strongest components and which are your weakest components? Do you agree with the results? How might you improve upon your weakest component as measured by the questionnaire and what impact would this have on your leadership potential?
3.Chapter 16 discusses Culture & Leadership. After reading the chapter, review page 436 and find Anglo on both sides of the cultural dimension in Table 16.1.
Find another country that is opposite of Ango, both High and Low Score Clusters. How do you think you (anglo) would interact with another professional in business seeing how different the cultures would be? Feel free to google a country and reference it.
Share your thoughts on the two Cultural Dimensions differences and how it would work (in your opinion). Be specific with an example.
