This week you will submit your draft of the final written report.
Contents required in the Report:
Introduction & Context: Present a clear picture of the context of your interview – name of company, location of the company, who you interviewed (position in the organization), when you interviewed, duration of the interview, how did you interview – face to face or otherwise? Also, any reason why you chose this company and why you chose the specific HRM functional area (about 1 page).
Interview Summary: Present a summary of the information gathered from the interview (about 2 pages).
Analysis: Provide a critical analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for the organization’s HRM functions/activities using the material that we have covered in the course readings, and at least three scholarly/professional resources (e.g. journal articles/SHRM), on the theory and practice of HRM, both broadly and as it relates to your chosen functional area (about 3 pages).
Recommendations: Based on your analysis, what recommendations do you have for the organization? (about 1 page)
