5. Define restorative justice. Identify which sections of the criminal justice system are using it and how. Discuss the arguments in favor of and in opposition to restorative justice. Based on your textbook and outside readings, select a side, either in favor of or in opposition to restorative justice. Support your statements with at least one professional source, not including your textbook, written within the past five years.
